goodroot is a platform and functions through professional networks. It was founded by Susanna Krueger in 2008. Susanna has worked with numerous national and international organizations on their strategy, monitoring, fundraising, and capacity building. She worked on implementing knowledge management systems, on public administration reform, she developed curricula for leadership programs, conducted program evaluations and designed and implemented grant-making and capacity building programs for community-based organizations in the Middle East, Northern Africa, East Asia, Germany and Eastern Europe. She holds a Master degree in history, philosophy and international law from the Free University Berlin, Germany, as well as a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA. After a number of years abroad she currently lives in Berlin.
